Nusacaraka Technology Platform

Overview

Nusacaraka Technology is the technology venture I founded in 2026. Before taking on client work, the company needed its own platform: a place to explain its services, receive consultation requests, and manage everything behind the scenes.

What I built

• Customer and admin dashboards so prospective clients can follow their requests while the team manages them in one place.

• Consultation request flow that captures project needs in a structured way, ready for follow-up and proposals.

• Authentication and role-based access for customers and administrators.

• Content management so services and pages can be updated without touching code.

• AI chatbot that answers common questions and routes visitors to the right next step.

Architecture overview

Outcome

The platform is live at nusacaraka.tech and is the foundation for the next product: a knowledge-management SaaS focused on document capture and AI-powered search.
